A Victorian blue enamel, diamond, ruby and gold snake bangle, with two, entwined silver snakes, set with rose-cut diamonds, in grain settings, with cabochon-cut ruby eyes, in rub over settings. Each snake has an open mouth, one has a tongue, the other has a loop to hang a pendant. The snakes are superimposed on an a dark blue, guilloché enamel, tapering hinged bangle, mounted in gold, English, circa 1850, in a double door case.
