An antique diamond, emerald and gold butterfly and crescent pendant, with a butterfly in the centre, set with a rub over set, cushion-cut emerald in the thorax and old-cut diamonds, pavé set, in the wings and abdomen and a single diamond, rub over set, in the head, encased in an upturned crescent, set with old-cut diamonds, in grain settings on the upper edge and crown claw settings on the outer edge, on a plain round bail, mounted in 18ct gold, circa 1880. Estimated diamond weight 3.00ct.
