Vintage Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond and Platinum Flower Earrings

A pair of vintage ruby, sapphire and diamond set cornucopia flower cluster earrings, with stylised cornucopia shaped flower heads, with round brilliant-cut diamonds set in the petals and eight-cut diamonds set in the calyx. The centre of one earring is set with round faceted sapphires, with eight-cut diamonds between and a round brilliant-cut diamond in the middle, the other earring has rubies in place of the sapphires, mounted in platinum with white gold clip back and post fittings. The flowers were made circa 1950, with later fittings.

Estimated stone weight five rubies 1.65ct, five sapphires 1.70ct, round brilliant-cut diamonds 3.20ct, eight-cut diamonds 0.40ct.
