Processing & Handling

• Handling Time: Orders are usually processed within five business days.
• Ring Resizing: If you request ring resizing or alterations, please allow up to seven business days before shipment.
• Order Tracking: We will email you a tracking number to monitor your shipment once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Complimentary Shipping: We offer free, fully insured shipping, within the UK, using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
• International Shipping: We ship internationally (with some restrictions), using FedEx and Malca Amit, via FedEx. Shipping is free however, please note the purchaser is responsible for all duties, customs charges, government fees, taxes, state taxes, local taxes, Value Added Tax, Goods and Services Tax, etc. tariffs and any other taxes levied by the destination country. You will be contacted, by FedEx, if your parcel is delayed by Customs. They will send you a form to fill in, with notification of the fees that are owed. US clients are required to give their Social Security Number to US Customs. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for details. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Insurance & Delivery Requirements

• Fully Insured: Every shipment is fully insured by us until it reaches your doorstep.
• Signature Required: For your security, all deliveries require an adult signature. We cannot waive this requirement, and couriers will not leave packages unattended.
• No P.O. Boxes: Due to insurance regulations, we cannot ship high-value items to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
