Vintage Amethyst, Cultured Pearl and Gold Heart Brooch Pendant, Circa 1970

A vintage amethyst and cultured pearl heart brooch-cum-pendant, set with a large, faceted, heart shaped amethyst, in a millegrain edged rub over setting, surrounded by 24 cultured pearls, mounted in 14ct gold, with a pin with a safety hook, with a hinged dropping bail so it can be worn as a pendant, with a pin and safety hook catch, stamped 14K, circa 1970.
