Modern Sapphire Diamond and Platinum Pendant, 4.50 Carats

A modern sapphire and diamond pendant, set with an oval faceted sapphire, with a mitre set surround, with trapezoid baguette-cut diamonds, in rub over settings, over a basket at the back, the bail is set with a baguette-cut diamond and the chain runs through the back, mounted in platinum, on a platinum trace chain, accompanied by GCS certificate 78122-09b, stating the sapphire is natural, with indications of heat treatment, the origin is indeterminable. The sapphire measures 10.3 x 9.1 x 5.5mm and weighs approximately 4.50ct.
