Antique Sapphire Diamond and Gold Double Sided Locket, Circa 1910

An antique sapphire and diamond double sided locket, one side is pavé set with sapphires and sapphires set in the bail, in gold settings, the other side is pavé set with old-cut diamonds, with an Edwardian-cut diamond in the centre and diamonds in the bail, in platinum settings, with cut down edges, mounted in 18ct gold, inside is a scratched inventory mark of an infinity symbol and the letters a and M, circa 1910.
